Connecting through
art & craft

Join our hands-on workshops to learn, create, and connect, or take home a little inspiration from our collection of handcrafted goods. Whether you’re making it yourself or supporting a maker, there’s beauty in every piece.

Support through creative connection.

People of all ages flourish when given the space to follow their natural rhythm. Through art and craft, we reconnect with ourselves and each other, building confidence, calm, and creative thinking along the way. Our workshops offer a welcoming environment to slow down, explore new ideas, and enjoy the simple joy of making something with your hands.

Upcoming Workshops

Our upcoming workshops are thoughtfully designed to give you more than just a day out, they offer a space to reconnect with yourself and others in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Whether we’re exploring creativity through hands-on experiences, diving into personal development topics, or simply taking time to slow down and be present, each workshop is curated to inspire confidence, spark joy and encourage meaningful connection.

You don’t need any prior experience, just a willingness to show up as you are. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be supported in a friendly, inclusive setting where conversation flows easily and new friendships naturally form. Expect a balance of guided learning, light-hearted moments and genuine connection, with plenty of opportunities to laugh, reflect and try something new.

Like all Flourish experiences, our workshops are about bringing people together in a way that feels uplifting and empowering. You’ll leave not only with new skills or insights, but with a renewed sense of energy, connection and belonging.
